Your candidates complete a bespoke multiple choice questionnaire with scored answers created by Naked for each role that you fill. The database updates as soon as a new candidate applies. It scores them according to your criteria and importance, places them appropriately in order along with their questionnaire answers and CV.
The applicant side of the process is the Online Application System (OAS) and ensures that genuine candidates who really want to demonstrate to you why they're so suitable for your role and your company will apply.
When a candidate replies to your advert, Naked sends a personal message inviting them to complete your bespoke candidate questionnaire via a link to your branded application page. They complete an application process for your role, and your role alone!
