With Naked, we have nothing to hide when it comes to costs. We provide a full recruitment service to clients within a set price with no hidden extras and no commission! What's more, you can hire as many candidates per role as you require and you keep all information on candidates that apply to work for you.
Most clients are more than happy with our £999 Naked Package, however we're more than happy to discuss programs for clients that would like a additional services. Simply read on to discover how we can meet all your recruitment needs.
The Naked Package - £999

- The creation of your branded application page which you can link to from your social media, website vacancy area and in emails to known potential candidates.
- Full 24/7 access to your RSVP, built entirely around your individual requirements and managed through your branded application pages and confidential application reports.
- RSVP - Recruitment Shortlist Validation Program
- Creation of your company branded homepage, hosted on our website.
- Your tailored, filtering questionnaire for candidates to complete.
- Your candidate management system, absorbing previous or current applications from file as well as new applicants with no additional cost.
- A database of candidates per role, automatically shortlist in specific relevance of order to your requirements.
- Ability to hire as many candidates per position, or for other roles, with no additional fees.
Stay Naked - £300/month
Although our Naked Package suits clients' needs, we've created Stay Naked as an even more cost effective package for businesses that typically recruit several times a year. So there's your budget for the year, £3,600 for up to four recruitment rounds, no matter how many people you take on. If you're going to need up to eight rounds of recruitment, it's £600/month, £900/month for 12 roles and so on. It's that simple.
If you want to try us before you buy into us, simply try our Naked Package and if you want to stay Naked, we'll take the £999 away from your first contract.
The Naked Trim - Job Board Specialist Support - £199
Allow Naked Recruitment to manage your initial research, negotiations and purchasing of advertising on specialist job boards and other high response areas to suit your needs and placing the adverts on your behalf. Harness our expertise to support your recruitment process.
There are no additional fees to pay us, only the costs of placing the advertisements with no mark-up by us and the administration charge of adding additional job boards (£99 per addition).
What's more, you can direct potential applicants to your advertisements through your social media networks. If you don't already have them, allow Naked to set you up on the key websites such as Facebook and Linked-in.
Naked Control - £799
This is the service you need if you've already started your recruitment campaign, but can't cope with the response. Let Naked take over the process for you, put applications in order and allow you to manage responses effectively. With Naked, we put you back in control.
Naked Control includes:
- Full consultation per position to define the key questions and answers for your role and scored accordingly to your requirements to manage applications
- Collation of all applicants already received and processed via the RVSP.
- Creating your own RSVP, including:
- Your unique, bespoke and company branded homepage, hosted on our website.
- Your unique, tailored, filtering questionnaire to manage applications by criteria.
- Naked will respond to each applicant through our candidate management system, directing them to your bespoke homepage.
- There is no additional charge, no matter how many candidates apply.
- A database of candidates per role, for you to create your shortlist in specific relevance of order to your requirements.
