We don't use recruitment consultancies, what can Naked offer us?

Naked uses a combination of recruitment consultancy skills infused with a whole new concept in utilising technology to speed up, improve and deliver great results for your recruitment drive in the most cost effective way. We don't like these flat fee sites, what's different about Naked?

Well firstly, we're not a website, we're a 'real world' company and this is our online presence. Naked is a company based on years of recruitment consultancy experience and built on a thorough pedigree of honesty and understanding of what clients need. There are ways to make huge improvements to your recruitment process without charging the world in return. We don't charge commission, because we don't select candidates for you. Why can you do all this for £999 when most companies charge 30% commission on a salary?

We have a fixed fee because we created a totally new system, unique to us, and it works! We charge a fixed and very low fee because we provide a process for you and open access to your candidate database. And we don't just have one fee. We have a range of packages, including our 'Stay Naked' retainer option, which most clients move onto. Read all about the options open to you with Naked.

Is this just technology? I'm not sure I like a computer choosing candidates for me.

Nope, we build the technology to support the recruitment process. Our RSVP allows you to set out the exact skills and qualities that you are looking for in candidates, and then scores applicants according to them. We weight them according to importance to you so that you can see which candidates match your needs the best, and most importantly, why! You can access your database at any time, reorder candidates according to individual skills, read their CVs and cover letters, and do it all from your own branded page. Recruitment really doesn't break down easier anywhere else. With Naked, you can see the lot, all in one place!

How many candidates do I get for £999?

As many as you like. We work on a 'per role' format, so you can hire 1, 100 or as many applicants as you desire, for full time, part time or contract work. What's more, you keep your database of candidates, it's exclusively yours, so you can go back to it and recruit other candidates at any time, for no additional cost.

What resources do you use to attract candidates?

That depends entirely on the candidate you're looking for. We use the most visited job boards in the United Kingdom, flexing our recruitment consultancy muscle to make sure your position is advertised as prominently as possible. But we go further, finding the specialist websites and job boards that your ideal candidate will be using. Yet, we go further!

When you recruit with Naked, we create an Online Application System (OAS) for you. This is your branded welcome page to prospective candidates. You can link to that page from your social media, advertisements that you may have already taken, a vacancy page on your own website, forums that you visit, or anywhere you would like to place your link. And that doesn't cost you a penny more either!

I've only ever used job sites, should I switch to Naked?

Yes! We take away the time consuming process of writing job ads for each site for you, but the magic starts when the applications start flowing in. Candidates instantly appear on your exclusive database, tailored to filter candidates according to your precise requirements. Every applicant appears, but the most suitable appear at the top, in order of your criteria. If you want to reorder according to different skills, it's just a click of your mouse! Why use Naked Recruitment instead of a recruitment agency that will meet and interview candidates?

Good point. Naked Recruitment offer a process that differs from recruitment agencies. We find candidates for every job based on each job's requirements. Each role has an exclusive database of candidates. We can't sift through our own database and send over candidates we think might fit your needs because we don't have a generic database of maybes. Because our selection and ordering is so aligned to each client's needs for the role they're looking to fill, we don't need to interview, and our clients meet candidates that almost always are a better fit than any sent by a regular recruitment agency. What's more, we'll advertise your role in all the places that recruitment agencies hunt for candidates, as well as the specialist pages that they wouldn't have the freedom to use.

Why are you so cheap compared to other recruitment agencies?

Naked is not a recruitment agency.

Why should I pay you to do this when I already have an HR person employed for this?

Human Resource departments love working with Naked as much as our other clients.
