What the client needed

With Naked ambition, our client needed 42 permanent staff for one campaign, both full time and part time across three venues. Roles included bar staff, waiters, waitresses, leisure reception staff and duty management staff.

The background bit

Our client's recruitment was being managed ultimately by a Human Resources department with support from management staff, some experienced and some very new to this responsibility. There was a need for a consultant to come in and streamline the system, that's why Naked were brought in.

Providing help in the Naked way

We got to grips with the needs of each manager and the roles they needed to fill at consultancy stage, working with them to create interesting and compelling job advertisements. Then we defined their needs even further through the creation and final selection of questions and answers using our own RSVP system.

Working on multiples roles across several sites, we were able to relieve them of the enormous disruption such a high amount of recruitment could cause in their efficiency and profitability of their role. We also used the RSVP to quickly and effectively measure candidates against each of the job roles to be filled and absorb candidates that applied after seeing posters or via their company website.

What's more, the RSVP database created a pool of staff resources that the client could come back to for additional staff.

Relieving the stress

Naked Recruitment managed the entire marketing of the roles through our most visited job boards, and linked them to their company website. The versatility of our selection program also allowed us to absorb responses from the many CVs they held on file into one information bank.

The single database of candidate applications allowed them to consider applicants from all resources, measuring them fairly and equally on the same criteria to ensure the ideal choice of candidates that wanted to work for them.

Naked in action

Managers were able to access candidate reports, review latest applications and select their shortlist at times that suited them in order of relevance. They could make immediate selection of the highest scoring candidates, and deliberate over the others for their assessment day.

With access to all roles being hired, the managers could see each others' reports in case candidates could be considered for multiple sites or roles.

With the RSVP notes system, managers could see which candidates had been looked at by which managers and their comments, avoiding duplication of effort or inconsistent communications with candidates. This also meant that no relevant candidates was over looked and eased previously confusing internal communications.

Naked managed all invitations to successful candidates for the Assessment Day, and updated the reports as each candidate confirmed their attendance. Unsuccessful candidates were sent rejection letters on behalf of the client.
