With more than 16 years of traditional recruitment consultancy experience, Rachel launched Naked in response to the escalating frustrations and costs for those companies managing recruitment internally, or their belief that recruitment agents no longer earn their keep.

With the internet changing the job market beyond recognition, Rachel could also see a growing trend that technology was increasingly being used by candidates and consultants to simply spam job sites and recruiting companies. She knew that this was actually weakening the ability of companies to find the best people to take on.

Rachel realised that there must be another way and created a unique service that combines the art of recruitment with a new custom built program that beyond a shadow of a doubt, creates a simple and effective recruitment process that can be easily used every time a company needs to fill a position.
